Meghan’s passion for hair began at Midwest College of Cosmetology in Normal, Illinois, where she built a strong foundation in the art and craft of cosmetology. After graduating, she continued her education at Frank Gironda Salon & Spa in Wheaton, completing their rigorous year-long apprenticeship program.

As Meghan began building her clientele, an exciting opportunity led her to work alongside a leading hair accessory designer, helping grow the business internationally. This experience expanded her creativity, connected her with clients from around the world, and further developed her eye for style and beauty.

Throughout her career, Meghan has attended hair shows both domestically and internationally, continually expanding her knowledge of the latest techniques, trends, and styles. She has also completed extensive formal styling education, specializing in beautiful looks for weddings, dances, special events, and any occasion that calls for something extra.

Meghan eventually stepped away from behind the chair to focus on growing her family, but her passion for the beauty industry never left. She continued educating herself, following emerging trends and techniques, and staying connected to the world of hair and fashion.

Now, Meghan is excited to return to the salon and reconnect with what she loves most—her clients, her creativity, and her scissors! She is thrilled to join The Shop Salon Team and looks forward to creating personalized looks that help every client feel their best.
